The Council agreed that <br />Mr. Flores would represent the .Council with the Board. The <br />Mayor instructed the Acting City Secretary to write a letter to <br />the Community Action Board' stating that Mr. Flores would represent <br />the Council in the future. <br /> <br />The Council next formed the following resolution: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />"This resolution is an expression of the Council's feeling <br />as a result of the unfortunate ruling that many qualified <br />people are being kept from and shall be kept from running <br />for public office." <br /> <br />It was suggested that the Resolution be passed on to the Metro- <br />Council and to the Attorney-General's Office.
