During the time that the said recount is not actually in <br /> <br /> <br />progress, said ballot boxes shall be relocked by the said Celettino <br /> <br /> <br />Mendez, Jr., and returned to your custody; however, the keys to said <br /> <br /> <br />ballot boxes shall be retained in the custody of the said Celestino <br /> <br /> <br />Mendez, Jr. <br /> <br />8. After said recount is completed, said committee shall make <br /> <br /> <br />out its report and deliver it to the undersigned Hollis Smith, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of San Marcos, at the City Hall of said City. At the <br /> <br /> <br />same time, the said Celestino Mendez, Jr., shall deliver said locked <br /> <br /> <br />ballot boxes with the original contents thereof intact to the said <br /> <br /> <br />Hollis Smith, and said ballot box keys to you, Dorothy O. Worrell, <br />The City Secretary of San Marcos, <br /> <br /> <br />9~ Finally, you shall deliver cppies of this order to the <br /> <br /> <br />said Henry S. Cruz and Frances D. Emery as soon as practicable and <br /> <br /> <br />prior to the convening of said recount committee at 10:00 o'clock <br /> <br /> <br />A.M., on the 12th day of April, 1971, You are to obtain the receipts <br /> <br /> <br />of the said Henry S. Cruz and Frances D.
