He read a letter from Dan Nevares, jr., <br />owner of the property, pr-otesting an adverse ruling by the <br />Planning & Zoni ngCommission. The, Mayor asked Mr. Nevares if <br />h~would like to speak to the question. <br /> <br />Mr. Nevares explained the irregular zoning of the property, <br />and asked that,the entire piece be given one classification: <br />commer-cial. He said he did~'tunde~stand the reasoning of <br />thePlannin\) & Zoning Qmmmission in denying his request., <br /> <br />David Pool, Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />sptike to ~he question, and explained why the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission had denied, the request.
