Since our con-
struction deadline is fast approaching, I felt t~necessary to
request a time extension which might be sufficiart.

Based on our critical path we were to haver~ceived the
subject pumps and consequently have started lifttltation rehab
June 30, 1969. Since we did not receive these pu~ps this par-
ticular item of work, whiCh is directly on our critical path,
could not be started. Assuming we will receIve said pumps on
or before September 22nd, we respectfully request a time ex-
tension of eighty-four (84) calendar days. We sincerely hope
this will be more than adequate time; however, I should like
to point out that the electrical questions are still not re-
solved, and that the City's request concerning a no overflow
situation at the lift station may even further extend our
ultimate completion. Believe me, we hope not.

V~J-e,'
J-'

Jimmv D. Boswell

JDB:eb

I
