Hays County Veterans Corporation will go into a <br /> <br />major drive in Hays County to raise funds for the Pool. <br /> <br />Agreements will be signed with both local banks, <br /> <br />guaranteeing that all funds collected will be used for <br /> <br />construction of the Pool, or returned to donors. <br /> <br />Interest <br /> <br />on funds deposited will go into the Pool Fund. <br /> <br />5. If the $125,000 is not raised in six months, Hays County <br /> <br />Veterans Corporation will offer veterans of Hays County $50 <br /> <br />and $100 non-profit bonds to build the Pool. If the Pool is <br /> <br />not built, money will be refunded. <br /> <br />6. If the $125,000 is not raised in ten months (six month <br /> <br />after start of bond drive) , Hays County Veterans Corporation <br /> <br />will negotiate a loan for balance needed. This will be done <br /> <br />only after agreementtwith the City of San Marcos (see 3b, above). <br /> <br />If for any reason Hays County Veterans Corporation does not <br /> <br />complete the Swimming Pool, the City of San Marcos will be <br /> <br />allowed to finish the project, provided all other parts of <br /> <br />the Agreement are fulfilled. <br /> <br />Hollis W.
