Ross King <br />moved that nominations cease and that Mr. Smith be elected <br />by aclamation. Dr. Craddock seconded the motion and on roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Craddock, Contreras, Flores, King, Ya~brough <br />Nohe Zavesky <br />Smith <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Chairman declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Smith thanked fellow-Councilmen for the honor they had <br />paid him, and pledged to perform his duties to the best of <br />his ability; <br /> <br />Frahk Contreras moved that luciario Flores be named Mayor <br />Pro Tem. Rader. He said 'a group of propert'y- <br />owners from Oak Heights had appeared before the Planning &> Zoning <br />Commission to protest development of a mobile home park west of <br /> <br />Oak Heights.
