Sam Junkin, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, gave the <br />Invocation. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Th~ Minutes of April 27 & April 28, 1976 were present,d. The Mayor <br />stated he had not had time to read the April 27 MiDutes. <br />Dr. Craddock moved approval of the April 27 Minutes, as presented. <br />Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion and on roll call, ,the following <br />vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY: <br />ABSTAI N: <br /> <br />Contreras, Craddock, Flores, King, Yarbrough,Zavesky <br />None <br />Smith <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />Dr. Craddock moved approval of the Minute. of,qaPublic Hearing <br />and Meeting on April 28. Mr. Flores seconded the motion and on <br />roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />,~ontreras~, Crarddock, Flores, King, Smith, Yarbrough <br />None <br />Zavesky <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Ellis Serur came. before the Council. as spokesman for St. John's <br />Church. He asked permission to place a marker ,.for the new church <br />on a strip of City property at th~ entrance to the driveway. <br />Mr. King moved that the request be ~ranted. Dr. Craddock seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Yarbrough introduced an ordinanc.e and moved it,s adopti')h on <br />final reading.
