Box 725 <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to fully disclose to you the ownership <br />which my wife and I have had for the past twelve years in the properties <br />described below which are to be included in certain urban renewal projects <br />in the City of San Marcos, Texas, by the Urban Renewal Agency of the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas. My ownership in these properties was not a voluntary <br />acquisition of property nor was it in anyway influenced by the location of <br />these urban renewai projects. In fact, the property was acquired prior to <br />the project boundaries being announced and prior to my becoming a member <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br />The property which I own is more speCifically described as follows: <br /> <br />1. Neighborhood Development Program, Tex. A-6 <br /> <br />Part of Lot #4, Block #6, Original Town of San Marcos, <br />Texas, Addition located within the corporate limits of <br />the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />2. El Molino Project <br /> <br />Part of Lot #4, all of Lot #5, Block #6, Original Town of <br />San Marcos, located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />The east side of Lot #5 and Lot #6, Block #1, Lindsey and <br />Harvey Addition located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />I agree and state that I shall not participate in any action by the <br />City Council or Urban Renewal Agency affecting such properties. <br /> <br />~;? , <br /> <br /> <br />Ross King <br /> <br />RK:lk <br /> <br />cc: Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos <br />
