B. Rogers Subdivision #1, from "M" (mixed) to "c" <br />(commercial). No one appeared to protest the change of zoning. <br />After due consideration, it was agreed to forward this request <br />to the City Council with the Commission's approval. A map is <br />attached. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />B. A Public Hearing was ehld on a request for a trailer permit on <br />a tract of land on Uhland Road, Route 2, Box 403, a part of the <br />Veramendi Addition. The request was submitted by J. C. Varner. <br />No protest was received. After due consideration, it was decided <br />to forward this request to the City Council with the Commission's <br />approval. <br /> <br />C. A request for preliminary approval of the Blanco River Terrace <br />Plat was received. The Plat is a thirteen (13) acre tract located <br />on Bugg Road, River Road, and Highway 80.
