<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />July 20, 1970 <br /> <br />Members of the City Council <br />City of San Marcos <br />City Hall <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to further disclose to <br />you the ownership which my wife and I have had for the <br />past three and one-half years of certain property which <br />is now to be included within the Urban Renewal Agency's <br />El Molino Project. My ownership of this property was <br />prior to such property being included within an Urban <br />Renewal Project and was in no way influenced by the <br />possible location of said property within a future <br />Urban Renewal Project. <br /> <br />The property which I own and which is proposed to be <br />included in the El Molino Urban Renewal project Area <br />is more specifically described as: <br /> <br />All of Lot 10 and the Southwestern <br />one-half of Lot 11 of the J. M. Cape <br />Addition to the City of San Marcos, <br />Hays County, Texas, according to a <br />map of' record in Volume 52, pages 409- <br />411 of the Deed Records of Hays County, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />This is to certify that I will not participate in any <br />action by the City Council of the City of San Marcos <br />or by the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos <br />affecting such property. ~ ~, <br /> <br /> <br />S1n~~~ <br /> <br />Hollis W.
