I The Mayor introduced an ordinance and read the caption, as follows: AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Mr. Zavesky moved adoption of the Ordinance.
