Thomas, Tom Harwood, Frances <br />Emery, Melissa Millecam, Terry Roberts, Jerri <br />Martin, Beverly Howard, Terry Lighthouse, <br />Mrs. John Dunn, Mrs. Inez Ramsey, Charles Sukle, <br />and others. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 22, 1974 <br />were unanimously approved o~ motiondf Mr. Sutton and <br />a second by.Mr. Hansen, <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Special Meeting of July 29, 1974, <br />were unanimously approved on motion of Mr. Sutton and <br />a second by Mr. Breihan. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Special Meeting of August 6, 1974, <br />were unanimously approved on motion of. Mr. Sutton and <br />a second by Mr. Cunningham. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock opened a Public Hearing to consider a <br />request for a change of zoning of a three acre tract out <br />of the T.J. Chambers Survey, located at 1252 North L.B.J. <br />Drive, from "R-l" (single family residential) to "R-2" <br />(duplex). Mr. Charles Davis spoke in favor of this <br />change of zoning. Mr.. The Mayor closed the <br />hearing and read the c~ption of an ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH <br />REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, <br />STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY <br />CHANGING THE ZONING OF A THREE ACRE TRACT OUT OF THE T.J. <br />CHAMBERS SURVEY, LOCATED AT 1252 NORTH L.B.J. DRIVE, FROM <br />"R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "R-2" (DUPLEX). <br /> <br />Mr. Breihan moved the ordinance be tabled on first reading. <br />Mr. Dibrell seconded the motion. On roll call, the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Breihan, Cunningham, Dibrell, Flores, Hansen, Sutton <br />NAY: Craddock <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion passed and the ordinance tabled <br />on first reading. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened a Public Hearing to consider the Annual <br />Budget for the fiscal year 1974-1975. City Manager, James <br />B. Baugh summarized the budget. The audience asked various <br />
