Allen Parkway, and acquisition and clearance of housing units along Lucio Street, widening of Cheatham Street, and construction of a new Cheatham Street Bridge; Construction of a multi-purpose social services facility; Construction of sidewalks along heavily traveled pedestrian routes in the Bowie School area; Construction of corrective improvements to the storm drain pipe which is causing bank erosion along the San Marcos River; Construction of drainage, water, and street improvements within the Wallace Addition; Construction of drainage facilities, water and wastewater lines, and necessary street improvements in the Rio Vista Terrace Addition; Completion of an accurate housing survey in the Wallace Addition as preparation for housing rehabilitation and redevelopment; Completion of an accurate housing survey in the Rio Vista Terrace Addition as preparation for housing rehabilitation and redevelopment; Housing rehabilitation and redevelopment in the Wallace Addition; Housing rehabilitation and redevelopment in the Rio Vista Terrace Addition; Planning and engineering for upgrading of the wastewater treatment plant; Construction of a fire sub-station south of the railroad tracks; Extension of basic public facilities and facilities into the Westover area; Construction of drainage facilities and street improvements in the Mill Street area; Elimination of structural barriers to the elderly and physically handicapped in the Public Library and downtown area; Construction of street and drainage improvements in the Barbara Drive area; Correction of the sewerage leaks along Viola Street; Renovation of the Cock House; Acquisition of parkland in'se1ected districts; and Construction of water wells and fresh water storage facilities in the Westover area and north of Trafic Elementary School. Mr. Hansen's motion to approve the above established priorities was passed unanimously. I The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF PARCEL 13D-4A, 13D-4B, 13D-5, 13D-8A, 13D-8B AND 13D-8A (SEE LEGAL READINGS) LOCATED WITHIN THE JUAN VERAMENDI, PROJECT NDP, TEX. A-6, TO REYNALDO GARZA, TONY GONZALES, RAMON ORTUNIO, SOLE PROPRIETORS. The Ordinance was passed, approved and adopted on third reading on motion of Mr. Flores and second of Mr. Hansen, the vote to approve being unanimous. Mr. Flores moved appointment of Dr. D. Lane Hartsock to the Environmental Advisory Committee to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mrs. Gayle Buckner. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Breihan nominated Richard Rodriguez for appointment to the Environmental Advisory Committee, term to begin March 1, 1975. Mr. Sutton moved to bring from the table a request for the re-platting of Lot 2 of Block 11 of the Original Town of San Marcos, located at 100 No-th Guadalupe and 109 North Guadalupe, and an Ordinance providing for the rezoning of a portion of that rep1atted lot. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mrs. Laura Ramsay Roberts, applicant, was present to request the re-plat and rezoning. Mr. Sutton moved the above described re-p1at be approved. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. I The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: ";:::;L AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 11 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF SAN MARCOS, LOCATED AT 100 NORTH GUADALUPE STREET, FROM "c" (COMMERCIAL) TO IC_2" (COMMERCIAL).
