<br />161 <br /> <br />regular meeting, february 24, 1975 <br /> <br />page three <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF TIlAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND <br />RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, <br />DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF PART OF LOT 2, <br />BLOCK 11 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF SAN MARCOS, LOCATED AT 100 NORTH <br />GUADALUPE STREET, FROM "c" (COMMERCIAL) TO "C-2" (COMMERCIAL). <br /> <br />Mr. Sutton moved approval of the Ordinance on third and fin~l reading. <br />Mr. Flores seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Breihan moved approval of the appointment of Mr. C.A. Sellers to the <br />Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals. Mr. Sutton seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. B.F. Davidson came before the Council to request authorization for the City <br />staff to prepare amendments to the Zoning Ordinance as an interim measure until, <br />the new zoning ordinance could be prepared. Mayor Craddock suggested the topic <br />be placed on a future workshop agenda so that the Council could discuss specific, <br />amendatory measures. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that Senate Bill 115 would be heard before the Legislature <br />on February 25, and that persons interested in that legislation relating to the <br />Lower Colorado River Authority might wish to attend. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock also announced that she had been contacted by the administration <br />of San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District with regard to the <br />possibility of the District making use of the City reappraisal figures on real <br />property, on a pro-rata cost basis. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Enunie Craddock <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Let( ~Y~:L-j~,v, <br /> <br />Ted Breihan <br />Councilman <br /> <br />tJ~ f. ~~~I'J <br /> <br />William L.
