<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING OllilINANCE 1971-4
<br />ESTABLISHING THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE BY ADDING TWO NEW
<br />MEMBERS TO SAID COMMITTEE, PROVIDING FOR STAGGERED TERMS FOR ALL OF THE
<br />MEMBERSHIP AND PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF REPORTING TO THE CITY COUNCIL.
<br />
<br />Mr. Sutton moved approval of the Ordinance on third and final readin~.
<br />Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced nominees for the seven vacancies on the Environmental I
<br />Committee as follows: Curtis Jenkins, Richard Rodriguez, Charles Caffey,
<br />Gilbert Tenorio, William Cunningham, Glenn Longley, Francis Horne, L.F. Jurecka,
<br />Lane Hartsock and Herschel Hopson. On roll call, Councilmen voted as follows:

<br />assist in the renovation of the Cock House. Mr. Breihan moved to approve the
<br />preparation of bid documents to secure a contractor to oversee the project, said
<br />documents to establish a firm contract figure above which no expenditures would be
