83 regular meeting, august 11, 1975 page three Mr. Flores read the caption of a Resolution as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, SUSPENDING THE CHARGE AT THE SAN MARCOS SANITARY LANDFILL FOR CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS ON AUGUST 16 AND AUGUST 17. Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Resolution. Mr. Arredondo seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Flores read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 2.16 ACRES OUT OF THE J .M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NUMBER TWO (THE SOIl'I'HWEST CORNER OF THE WELGE 20-ACRE TRACT) LOCATED BETWEEN LOOP 82 AND UHLAND ROAD, FROM "c" (COMMERCIAL) TO "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL). Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Ordinance on second reading. Mr. Arredondo seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Flores read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE O~ BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23,1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 5.79 ACRES OUT OF THE J .M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NUMBER TWO, LOCATED BETWEEN I.H. 35, LOOP 82, UHLAND ROAD, AND THE SOUTHERNMOST BOUNDARY LINE OF A 20 ACRE TRACT BELONGING TO MR. WELGE, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "c" (COMMERCIAL). Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Ordinance on third and final reading. Mr. Sutton seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Flores read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION OF AIR CONDITIONING WORK PERFORMED IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. Mr. Sutton moved approval of the Ordinance on third and final reading. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: 'Arredondo, Breihan, Dibrell, Flores, Sutton NAY: None ABSTAIN: Hansen Mr. Flores read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION OF ELECTRICAL WORK PERFORMED IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. Mr. Flores read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,AMENDING SECTION 29-161(b)(4) OF DIVISION 2, "PARKING METERS", ARTICLE VII, "STOPPING, STANDING, AND PARKING", CHAPTER 29, "TRAFFIC", BY EXTENDING AUTHORIZED PARKING METERS ALONG SAN ANTONIO STREET TO INCLUDE THAT PORTION OF SAN ANTONIO STREET FROM FREDERICKSBURG STREET TO FELTNER'S ALLEY, AND BY ADDING TO SECTION 29-l61(b) A SUB~PART (9) AUTHORIZING PARKING METERS ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH EDWARD GARY STREET FROM HOPKINS STREET TO HUTCHISON STREET.
