TEXAS, ESTABLISHTNG A RESERVATION <br />FEE AND A PER HOUR CHARGE FOR USE OF THE COMAL PARK AND DUNBAR PARK <br />RECREATION HALL AND ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR THE USE OF THE CITY BALL FIELDS. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Ordinance on second reading. Mr. Dibrell <br />seconded. the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS ENTITLED "TRAFFIC" BY ADDING <br />NO PARKING DESIGNATION TO BOTH SIDES OF COLORADO STREET FROM LBJ DRIVE <br />TO AQUARENA SPRINGS DRIVE. <br /> <br />Mr. Dibrell moved approval of the Ordinance on second reading. Mr. Hansen <br />seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Breihan, Dibrell, Craddock, Flores, Hansen, Sutton <br />NAY: Arredondo <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND <br />RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, <br />DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF APPROXIMATELY <br />2.16 ACRES OUT OF THE J .M.
