Barbee, City Treasurer, of the City of San Marcos, Texas, $26,000.00 CITY OF SAN vVffiCOS AUTOMOTIVE E~UIPMENT AND STREET I~CHINERY WARRANTS, dated August 1, 1954, Numbered 10 to 35, inclusive, in the denomination of $1,000 each, bearing 3-1/2% interest per annum, and maturing on August 1st, $1,000 in 1966 and $5,000 in each of the years 1967 to 1971, inclusive (being part of a total authorized issue of I $35,000.00) . I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank is the owner and holder of certain claims or accounts, in the amount of $26,661.07, duly audited and allowed by ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of San Marcos on August 4, 1954, duly recorded in Book /2 , page L:J. ~, ~, et seq., of the Minutes / , of the City Council and which claims or accounts are described in detail in said ordinance and reference thereto is hereby made for a full, complete and accurate description of said claims or accounts.
