<br />purchase of certain automotive equipment and street machinery; and,

<br />WHEREAS, the City Couricil finds and determines 'that said automotive
<br />equipment and street machinery has been de1:Lveredto the City of Sari Marcos
<br />and has been inspected and fOW1d acceptable; and that the cority'actors have
<br />complied with all the terms and conditions of said contracts; and.

<br />IVHEREAS, aaid claims have been duly audited and found to be correct
<br />and unpaid obligations of said City of San Marcos; and,
<br />
<br />~WHEREAS, sai:d claims in the amoW1t of $26.661.07 are now held and
<br />owned by the First National Bank. San Marcos, Texas:; and.
