Dietterich <br />Frank D. Rill. Jr. <br />Calvin M. Allen <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />COY De Viney <br />S. R. Beecroft <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />ii <br /> <br />HaroldG . Smith <br />Ann Ziemke <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />present, and the following absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br /> <br />the following: <br />Alderman Harold Smith <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Harold Smith <br /> <br />moved that the rule requiring <br /> <br />ordinances to be read at more than one meeti[lg be suspended. The <br /> <br />motion was seconded by Alderman Calvin Allen <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen Calvin Allen Harold Smith <br />Coy De Viney- S. R. Beecroft, Frank D. Hill. Jr. <br />NOES: None, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Harold Smith <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be <br /> <br />passed finally. <br />Calvin Allen <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen <br /> <br />Calvin Allen Harold G.
