Dietterich <br />( <br />Calvin M. Allen <br /> <br />, Mayor. <br /> <br />S.H. Beecroft <br /> <br />Harold G. Smith <br />Coy De Viney <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Ann Ziemke <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />Frank D. Hill. .Jr. <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br /> <br />the following: <br /> <br />Alderlll8n <br /> <br />Allen <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at.more than one meeting be <br /> <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />and carried by the followlngvote: <br /> <br />Allen <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen <br /> <br />Allen <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />De Vihey <br />NOES: None. <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Smith <br /> <br />Allen <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />be passed finally.
