ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF WARRANTS IN THE PRINC I PAL SUM OF $35,000.00 FOR TIlE PURPOSE OF EVIDENCING THE INDEBTED;" NESS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, .TEXAS, TO BE INCURRED IN CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO. THE WATERWORKS SYSTEM AND THE SEW;ERSYSTEMOF SAID CITY; LEVYING A TAX TO PAY THE INTEREST ONSAIDWARRAHTS AND THE PRINCIPAL THEREOF AT MATURITY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
