Texas, to be incUrred inconlltruct.1ng <br />extenl3ionsand improvements to the waterworks system and the sewer <br />system of said City. <br />Sectlon2. That said warrants shall be delivered to and <br />accepted by cla:\.mants or their assignees. in full settlement of <br />the indebtedne.s.s dUetbembythe City of San Marcos, Texas, after <br />cla1msha~ebeen duly approved, audited and allowed by the City <br />Council. of said City. <br />Section 3. That said warrants shall be payable to bearer <br />and shall. be nwnbered from.! to 35, inclusive; shall be in the <br />denomination 01' One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars each, aggregating <br />$35,000.00; prOVided, however, that only such amoUnt of said <br />warrants shall be executed and delivered as shall be necessary to <br />evldencethe Indebtednessactuallyincurred in constructing such <br />extel18ions and imprOvel!l~ntstothe waterworks system and the sewer <br />system, the remaln:\.ng warrants, if any, shall be cancelled and <br />destroyed,. <br />Section 4.
