All existing meat and meat food processing plants who now <br />sell meat or mea~ products in the City of San Marcos, shall comply <br />with the San Marcos Meat Inspection Regulations and Ordinance with~ <br />in a period of ninety (90) days from the adoption of these regula- <br />tions and ~dinance, except all persons now operating an establish- <br />ment shall have six (6) months from the adoption of these regula- <br /> <br />tions and ordinance to make structural changes in order to comply <br /> <br />with the San Marcos Meat Inspection Regulations and Ordinance. <br /> <br />8. <br />
