Dietterich <br />Frank D. Hill, Jr. <br />Harold G. Smith <br />S. R. Beecroft <br />Coy De Viney <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />Ann Ziemke , City Secretary, <br />and the following absent: Calvin M. Allen, Alderm~ <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br />the following: <br /> <br />Alderman Smith introduced a proposed <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br />Alderman Smith moved that the rule <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended.
