/0- /I ~ THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS CITY OF SAN l'lARCOS I On this the ..:15&i day Of'~, 1955, there came on to be considered at a regular meeting held in the City Hall before the Board of Aldermen of said City~ presided over by Frank Jrietterich, Mayor, and at which a quorum of said Board was present, the question of the approval or disapproval of the plat and deed of dedication of' "OAK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION", which plat is certified to by T. A. Breeze, state Licensed Hays County Surveyor, under date of' day of ______, 1955; and it appearing to the~that the tract of land covered by the said map or plat is a part of and out of the T. J. Chambers Survey, in Hays County, Texas, lying wholly without the present boundaries of the City of San Marcos~ and all thereof lying within five (5) miles of said limits; and, it further appearing to this Board of Aldermen that said w~p or plat and deed II of dedication are in due form and that all prerequisites of the law have been complied with in the platting and dedication of said Subdivision and the streets thereof~ and that said plat and deed of dedication should be in all things approved: seconded NOW, THEREFORE~ on motion of by Alderman ~/&~ ~ the motion, BE IT ORDAINED by Alderman ~//L and all Alderman present voting HAYEff on the Board of Aldermen of the City of San l'~arcos, that the plat above identified of "OAK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION", be, and the same is hereb~', in all things approved; and the Mayor is authorized to affix his signature to said plat in recognition of said approval; and, be it further ORDAINED that the City of San Marcos hereby assumes no responsibility over the streets I of said Subdivision, until the same shall have been built, in Keeping with the speCifications approved by City and under the superVision of its engineer, and all of the territory shown on said plat shall have ceen 'calcen into the corporate limits of said City. ~
