<br />37 <br /> <br />ELECTION ORDER <br /> <br />,I <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 22ndday of June, 1955, the CityCouncll of the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br />regular meeting place in the City Hall of said City, with the <br />following members present, to-wit: <br /> <br />-t <br /> <br />Frank E. Dietterich <br />S. R. Beecroft <br />COY De Viney <br />Harold G. Smi th <br />Frank D.Hill. Jr. <br />Calvin M. Allen <br />Ann Ziemke <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />and the f~lowing absent: Non.. <br />constituting a quorum, at which time the following proceedings <br />were had: <br />Alderman Smith introduced a resolu- <br />tion and order and made a motion that it be adopted. The motion <br />was seconded by Alderman De Viney The motion <br />carrying with it the adoption of the resolution and order pre- <br />vailedby the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen De Viney Allen <br />Hill Smith Beecroft <br />NOES: None. <br />The resolution and order is as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, ~exas, <br />deems it advisable and to the best interest of said City to <br />submit to the resident qualified property taxpaying voters of <br />said City the proposition of the issuance of $350,000.00 bonds <br />
