Smith's Home, 301 West San <br />Antonio st., Voting Precinct No. 11, in the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, to determine if the said City shall issue the bonds of said <br />City in the amount of $350,000 for the purpose of paying the cost <br />of constructing street improvements, including the purchase of <br />right-of-way, and all necessary expenses in connection therewith, <br />for U. S. Highway No. 81, within said City, DO HEREBY CERTIFY <br />that at said election there were cast: <br /> <br />"FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS AND THE <br />LEVYING OF THE TAX IN PAYMENT THEREOF"..... <br /> <br />73 <br /> <br />"AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS AND THE Lt 7 <br />LEVYING OF THE TAX IN PAYMENT THEREOF".....
