The C01Jllcil discussed several ;olans that might be followed in pur- chasing highway right-of-way. 'rhe Council asked IVIr. Barbee to contact a company that moves buildings and to request an estimate on the job cf mov~ng the buildings on Hirpway-Sl. The-suggestion was made that Mr. Barbee ask the company whether it would rat~er make an overall estimate to the City or ,work for each individual property owner. I live alone and no one else lives in the house. I had been assured that the water tank would cause me no trouble and would not c:tetract from the value of my property.
