Hill, Jr., <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />ATh"l Ziemke <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />present, and the following absent: Calvin M. Allen & s.B.Beecrof~ <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br />the following: <br /> <br />Alderman smi th introduced a proposed <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />Smi th <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman Hill <br />and carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen Smi th Hill <br /> <br />De Viney <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />
