W <br />FIRE STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />On this the 7th day of September, 1955, the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br />regular meeting place thereof in the City Hall in said City, with <br />the following members thereof, to -wit: <br />Frank E. Dietterich, <br />Mayor, <br />Frank D. Hill, Jr., <br />Harold G. Smith, <br />Alderman, <br />S. R. Beecroft, <br />Coy De Viney, <br />Ann Ziemke, <br />City Secretary, <br />and the following absent: Calvin M. Allen , <br />constituting a quorum,.and, among other proceedings had, were the <br />following: <br />Alderman Smith <br />introduced a proposed ordinance <br />which was read in full by the City <br />Secretary. <br />Alderman Smith <br />moved that the rule requiring <br />ordinances to be read at more than <br />one meeting be suspended. The <br />motion was seconded by Alderman <br />Hill and carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen Hill <br />, Smith , <br />De Viney Beecroft <br />, <br />NOES: None. <br />Alderman Smith <br />moved that the ordinance be <br />passed finally. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />Hill and carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen Smith <br />, Hill , <br />Beecroft , De Viney <br />, <br />NOES: None. <br />The Mayor announced that the <br />ORDINANCE had been finally <br />
