Section 5. That principal of and interest on said warrants shall be payable at the First National Bank, San Marcos, Texas, without exchange or collection charges to the owner or holder; interest shall be payable upon presentation of warrant and prin- cipal shall be payable upon presentation and surrender of warrant. Section 7. That said warrants shall be signed by the Mayor, countersigned by the City Secretary, and registered by the City Treasurer, and the seal of the City of San Marcos, Texas, shall be impressed upon each of said warrants.
