2 - <br />It is agreed and understood that the Party of the Second Part will <br />furnish the Party of the First Part a place to work without cost. <br />7: DELIVERY AND FEE <br />The Party of the First Part agrees to complete the outlined realty <br />services in approximately five (5) months from the start of the contract <br />for the fee of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Dollars (V'16600.00) .payable <br />in four (4) monthly payments of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00) each, <br />starting thirty (30) days after the start of work. Three Thousand Dollars <br />(x$3000.00) upon the completion and acceptance by the Panty of the Second <br />Part, and the balance of Sixteen Hundred Dollars ($1600,00) upon the final <br />hearing of the Board of Equalization where a representative of the Company <br />will serve up to ten (10) days in advisory capacity to defend and sub- <br />stantiate proposed values without extra charge.
