/()07-C THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS CITY OF SAN MARCOS On this the 23rd day of November, 1955, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session _I at the regular meeting place in the eity Hall with the follow- ing members thereof present, to-wit: Frank E. Dietterich Mayor, Frank D. Hill, Jr. . . Harold G. 8.'1lith, S. R. Beecroft : .. Aldermen, Coy De Viney Calvin M. Allen Ann Ziemke City Secre tary, and the following absent: None constituting a quorum present, when, among other proceedings had, I were the following: Aldennan smith introduced a resolution and moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Alderman Hill. The motion, carrying with it the adoption of the resolution, prevailed by the following vote: ATES: Aldennen Hill, Smith, Beecroft, De Viney, Allen. NOES: None. The resolution is as follows: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE l~YOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE TO BIDJRRS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO FIl~ STATIONS, AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE WARR&~TS IN PATI'GNT OF ALL OR A P&tT OF THE CONTRACT PRICE. V[~EREAS, the City Council deems it advisable and necessary to construct two fire stations in the City of San Marcos, Texas; I and v~rlEREAS, the city Council deems it advisable and necessary to issue interest bearing time warrants of said City to evidence the indebtedness of the City to be incurred in constructing such fire stations, such warrants to be payable from an ad valorem tax upon all taxable property in the City of San Marcos; and,
