Dietterich <br />Frank D. Hill. .Jr. <br />Harold G. Smith <br /> <br />, MAYOR, <br /> <br />S. R. Beecroft Aldermen, <br />coy De Viney <br />Calvin M. Allen <br />Ann ziemke , City Secretary, <br />present, and the following absent: None <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br />the follOWing: <br /> <br />Alderman smith introduced a proposed <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br />Alderman Flm1 th moved that the rule <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended.
