Dietterich <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Coy De Viney <br /> <br />S. R. Beecroft <br /> <br />Harold G. Smith <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Ann Ziemk.e <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />and the following absent; Aldermen Galvin M. Allen,and Frank. D. Hill, Jr.. <br />constituting a quorum present, when, among other proceedings had, <br />were the following: <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Smith <br /> <br />introduced a resolution <br /> <br />and order and moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />De Viney <br /> <br />The motion, carrying with it the <br /> <br />adoption of the resolution and order, prevailed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen Smith <br /> <br />De Viney <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />, <br />../ <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />The resolution and order is as, follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />has heretofore determined the advisability and necessity of <br />constructing two fire stations in the City of San Marcos, and has <br />heretofore on September 7, 1955, passed an ordinance authorizing <br /> <br />the issuance of $85,000.00 CITY OF SAN MARCOS FIRE STATION AND <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT WARRANTS, dated August 15, 1955, Numbered 1 to 85, <br />
