<br /> <br />/37 <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />I ' CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 15th day of February, 1956, the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br />regular meeting place with the following members thereof, to-wit: <br /> <br />Frank E, Dietterich <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Calvin 111, Allen <br /> <br />S.R.Beecroft <br /> <br />Coy DeViney <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />flarcilq r..Smith <br /> <br />Frank D. Hill, .Tr. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Ann Zieue <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />present, and the following absent: None <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were the <br /> <br />following: <br />Alderman Smith introduced a proposed <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br />Alderman SlBi th moved tha t the rule <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman All." <br /> <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Aldermen Smith S. R, Beecroft <br /> Allen Coy De Viney ,. Hill <br /> NOES: None. <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />Alderman Smith moved that the <br />ordinance be passed finally. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />Al~n and carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen Smith AllAn <br /> <br />De Viney <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br /> <br />Hill <br /> <br />.~ <br />
