That the application of the said Cecil Hahn <br /> <br />to have his name withdrawn asa candidate for a place on the <br />City Council of the City of San Marcos be, and the same is <br />hereby, in all things granted. <br />2. That the Executive Secretary of the City of <br /> <br />San Marcos be, and he is hereby,authorized and directed to <br />delete the name of the said Cecil Hahn from the ballot which <br />is to be used a t said City election to be he ld on April 3, 1956. <br /> <br />The foregoing resolution was offered, and motion <br />was made that the same be adopted.
