Texas. to said First National <br /> <br />Bank, San Marcos, Texas. as assignee of said claims, and that the <br />excess of $868.17, as shown by said list of claims. be earned <br />forward to the next exchange of claims for warrants. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />That the City of San Marcos having received full value and <br /> <br />consideration for the warrants hereinabove described. the City <br /> <br />Treasurer is hereby authorized and instructed to register said <br /> <br />warrants. and after registration thereof, to deliver same to the <br /> <br />First National Bank, San Marcos, Texas. and the Mayor.
