Hillburn <br />FrederlckaHopkins <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />present, and the following absent: <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br />the following: <br />Alderman AllAn introduced a proposed <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman Allen <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman Hillburn <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen 11;. M. navis <br /> <br />, Calvin M. Allen <br />, B. D. Hillburn <br /> <br />S.
