<br />I <br /> <br />Treasurer is hereby authorized and instructed to register said <br />warrants, and after registration thereof, to deliver same to the <br />First National Bank, San Marcos, Texas, and the Mayor, City <br />Secretary and City Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute such <br />other and further instruments, certificates and statements as <br />shall be necessary, convenient or appropriate to reflect the <br />entire validity of said warrants. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />By reason of the fact that the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />San Marcos, Texas, considers the passage of this ordinance <br /> <br />I I <br /> <br />necessary for the general welfare of said City, and of its <br />citizens, it is hereby declared to be an emergency measure demand- <br />ing that the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than <br />one meeting of the City Council be suspended, and that this <br />ordinance take effect immediately from and after its passage, <br /> <br />and it is so ordained. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />day of August, 1956. <br /> <br />Ct:~~ TEXAS <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~. <br />A..o afff't'ARY <br /> <br />I <br />
