Beecroft <br /> <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br /> <br /> <br />the following: <br /> <br />Alderman Hillbmn introduced a proposed <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Hn-fliurn <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman Korff <br />and carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen B. D. Hi 1 lhorn <br /> <br />}l,c:::r.rm:::ln l(,..",...f.f <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />W. M. Davis <br />and Mayor Pro Tern <br /> <br />Calvin M. Allen <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />Alderman HiUburn moved that the ordinance be <br />passed finally.
