If it is <br />then satisfactory to both, that, the Mayor shall then be given authority to sign <br />such lease on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Barbee then gave a report upon the Highway Right-of-.Way property. The <br />Highway Department is going to let the contract the 20th and want all deeds in. <br />It was reported that the lawyer of General Clark had sent the deed to be signed <br />to General Clark. Mr. Carter of ~ling Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />had reported that the deed to May's property had been forwarded to Mr. May in I <br />Germany for his signature. The condemnation suit against Raymond Russell is to <br />be heard March 15th. <br /> <br />It was reported that the firemen stationed at Fire Station # 3 had asked that <br />a carport be built there. They would like a carport about 20 x 24, and also a <br />storage room. The Council ordered that an estimate be obtained as to the cost <br />of such a carport. <br /> <br />There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 P.
