I 1. To complete the facilities of the playing field laid out in 1956 by lighting same, finishing the outside fence, erecting side line and outfield fences, bleachers and dug-outs. (This cost is estimated at $2000.00). 2. Tile construction of a 12 I by 24' field house and concess- ion stand (complete with rest rooms). the City of San l<Iarcos in this regard being asked only to install a cess pool and sewer lines and to approp:riate $750.00 toward the cost of materials. All labor, except thst required for installing the cess pool and sewer lines, will be furnis;lcd by the Li.ons Club on a voluntary basis. (A PLAN OF THE LOCATION AM> LAYOUT OF SAID FIELD HOUSE AND CONCESSION STAND IS HARKED EXHIBIT "N' AND ATTACHED HERETO.) 3. The COl::struction of a playground between the two baseball fields. such playground to contain paved badminton and volley ball courts. (Estimated cost $100.00) 4. To provide a playground area for girls and small children nOI: interested in baseball. (Estimated cost $200.00) 5. To pay the salaries of a grounds-keeper (or to furnish one) and the baseball program supervisor. (Estimated salary of tne grounds-keeper would be at the rate of $20.00 per week for nine .,eeks. EstiL:Jated salary of the supervisor would be $300.00 for the entire season.) , 6. To discharge the cost of electricity needed by the entire program durin;..; the baseball season (including that required for Little Leaguers or Babe Ruth Leaguers to play on the High School Field).
