Hays County. Texas. and <br />whose interest in the property hereinafter described is that of ower. <br />for itself. its successors .ad assigns, hereinafter called tbe Lessor, <br />and WIll. J. Graham, doing business as WIll. J. Graham & Son, whose 4Cidress <br />is Camp Gary. San Karcos, Texas, for h:bnself, his successors and <br />assigns, hereinafter called the Lessee; witnesseth. that the parties <br />hereto, for tbe consideration hereinafter expressed, covenant and agree <br />as follows: <br />1. The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee all that portion <br />of the property know as the San Marcos Municipal Airport described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Three tracts of land out of the Municipal A1rpo~t Subdivision <br />to the City of San Marcos, in Hays County, Texas, according to the map <br />or plat of said subdivision, and deed of dedication tbereof. filed <br />for record in Volume 163, pages 161-164, Hays County Deed Records, and <br />being the same real property as is conveyed by and described in that <br />deed from Robert P. Lowm8n to the City of SaD Marcos. such instrument <br />being dated the 4th day of December, 1954, and recorded in Volume 163, <br />pages 426, et seq.. Hays County Deed Records, to which map or plat <br />deed of dedication and deed reference is here made and same made a <br />part hereof for all pertinent purposes. <br />
