<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Lessor hereby grants a disclaimer to the United States <br />of America for the value of any improvements made by the United <br />or the Lessee <br />States of America/upon the above mentioned lands and premises to pro- <br />tect the United States of America in the event of any future re- <br />capture of the Lessee's training establishment. <br />12. It is agreed and understood that any and all oil, gas and <br />mineral leasehold rights and any and all oil, gas and mineral royalty <br />rights affecting the leased premises shall be inoperative during the <br />term of this lease; and Lessor agrees to obtain and furnish to <br />Lessee, upon request, appropriate and effective instruments executed <br />by the owners of any of such rights subordinating the same to this <br /> <br />lease. <br /> <br />13. Any notice under the terms of this lease shall be in <br />writing signed by a duly authorized representative of the party giv- <br />ing such notice, and if given by the Lessee shall be addressed to <br />Lessor at San Marcos, Texas, and if given by Lessor shall be address- <br />ed to Lessee at Camp Gary,San Marcos, Texas. <br />1/,.
