Cost ~P2.~.g_9.L.gond <br /> <br />Prior to the final approval of the map or plat the subdivider <br /> <br /> <br />shall deposit with the city the estimated cost of such extensions <br /> <br /> <br />or furnish the City a bond in the amount of the estimated cost in <br /> <br /> <br />such form and with such sureties as the City may prescribe, for <br /> <br /> <br />the faithful performance of such extensions. <br /> <br />SECTION D. C;E.:tii.ic,!:te of Completion <br /> <br />Upon completion of the installations of such extensions and <br /> <br /> <br />the constructions of improvements, the subdivider shall file with <br /> <br /> <br />the City Secretary a verified detailed account of the costs of <br /> <br /> <br />such installation and construction. The City Engineer shall be <br /> <br /> <br />notified of the filing of such account and shall make a thorough <br /> <br /> <br />and detailed study of same and, if approved, by the City Engineer, <br /> <br /> <br />he shall endorse upon the contract a certificate of such com- <br /> <br /> <br />pletion showing the date of same and the actual cost of such in- <br /> <br /> <br />stallation and construction. <br /> <br /> <br />The Council shall be notified of such completion at the next <br /> <br /> <br />regular meeting of the Council and, upon being satisfied that the <br /> <br /> <br />extensions and i~provements are complete and ready for service, <br /> <br /> <br />shall order the depo5 it of the subdivider for such costs repaid and <br /> <br /> <br />shall declare the contract completed. <br /> <br />n. <br />
