<br />r <br /> <br />, ......-- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />FS'<t., <br /> <br /> <br />"''''~''' <br />":.l~J It ~ J ,.,~~.~~ 1 <br /> <br />'ill......,.;,,! <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING RULES AND l'tEGULATIONS <br />GOVERNING THE APPROVAL AND REQUIREMENTS OF <br />PLATS OF SUBDIVISIONS WITBIN THE CORPORATE <br />LIMItS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND WItHIN <br />FIVE MILES OF SAID CORPORATE LIMITS, FOR THE <br />EXTENSION OF WATER MAINS AND SANITARY SEWER <br />MAINS AND LINES IN SUBDIVISIONS WITHIN THE <br />SAID CITY AND WITHIN FIVE MILES OF THE COR- <br />PORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, BUILDING OF STREETS <br />WITHIN SAID SUBDIVISIONS; CONTAINING A SEVER- <br />ABILITY CLAUSE; REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CON- <br />FLICT THEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE <br />DATE OF SAID ORDINANCE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />That all persons, firms, or corporations, herein referred to <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />as "Subdivider" whether one or more, desiring to subdivide or re- <br /> <br />subdivide a tract or parcel of land within the city limits of said <br />City of San Marcos or within five (5) miles thereof, or desiring <br />to submit a map or plat to the City Council of the City of San <br /> <br />Marcos for approval, shall be required to install all the required <br /> <br />water lines and mains, sewer lines and mains, streets and drainage <br /> <br />facilities in accordance with the following rules, Tegulationsand <br /> <br />orders; and the Subdivider shall comply with and be governed by <br /> <br />the following rules, regulations and orders, which shall be known <br /> <br />at the "San Marcos Subdivision Ordinance". <br /> <br />~ <br />
