The next item of business was a discussion of the matter of trading certain real property owned by the City for certain real property owned by the First Baptist Church of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; it was brought to the attention of the governing bOdy that the City of San Marcos is now the owner of the fOllowing described property: That real property situated in Hays County, Texas. being a part of Lot Thirteen (13) of Lindsey & Harvey Addition according to the map or plat of said addition recorded in Vol- ume E. page 416 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. being described as follows by metes and bounds: EEGINNING at the eastern or southeastern corner of a portion of said Elock 13 oonveyed by M. M. Wren. Sheriff. to Mrs. Florence Thomas, by deed dated Deoember 6, 1933, re- corded in Volume 106, pages 366-368 of the Deed Reoordsof Hays County, Texas; THENCE in a southerly direotion with the east line of said Blook 13 and the west line of North Street to the point where said line of North Street intersects the northeast line of Mary Street; THENCE in a northWesterly direotion with said line of Mary Street and the southwest line of Block 13 to the south corner of the property oonveyed by said M. M. Wren, Sheriff, to Mrs. Florence Thomas by deed above referred to; THENCE with the southern or southeastern line of the property so oonveyed by said M. M. Wren, Sheriff. to Mrs. Florenoe Thomas to the plaoe of beginning. It was further brought to the attention of the
