<br />~ <br />//9 <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each year countless lives are lost and property valued <br />in millions of dollars are lost through fire caused by careless- <br />ness and poor fire-prevention; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the increase in losses accentreate the immediate need <br />for increased care and greater emphasis on fire-prevention by <br />all citizens. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, CALVIN M.
